Ingredients:
1. Tomatoes 3
2. Onion ½
3. Garlic Cloves approximately 8
4. Bullet Chilli 4
5. Green Chilli approximately 250 g
6. Lemon 1
7. Mint 1 bunch
8. Coriander 2 bunches
9. Salt ½ tbsp
10. Plain Yogurt
Recipe:
1. Chop Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, Chilli, Mint and Coriander into smaller pieces
2. Squeeze Lemon all over
3. Mix together before Blending
4. After Blending, add Salt and Mix
5. Scoop into Small Pots (approximately 2 tbsp per pot) and Freeze
Before Serving:
1. Take Pot out of Freezer
2. Microwave for 1 minute
3. Add 3 tbsp of Plain Yogurt (according to your level of heat) and Mix together
